Attorney Christine Tetreault practices in the Superior and District Courts throughout Western Massachusetts, as well as before various administrative agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Licensed since 1991, Attorney Tetreault has over 29 years of experience as a trial attorney, including 20 years of experience prosecuting major felonies and misdemeanors. She now focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense and special education rights on behalf of families. Attorney Tetreault operates a modern remote law office, which allows for the greatest flexibility in serving her clients.

Attorney Tetreault is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts and an active community member. She believes that participating in the life of the community is an important way of giving back and shaping a better world. Her community activities have included:

  • Volunteer Lawyer for the Day at Springfield District/Hampden Superior Court

  • Human Rights Committee member, Pathlight (formerly known as The Association for Community Living)
  • Take & Eat driver – weekend delivery of meals to homebound community members
  • Sandwich Ministry, Holy Cross Church – prepare and deliver lunches to homeless community members
  • Pioneer Valley Project – faith-based group advocating for better life for all community residents
  • Sixteen Acres Civic Association – active member and volunteer
  • Keep Springfield Beautiful – volunteer

Attorney Tetreault earned her Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language and Secondary Education (double major), cum laude, from College of Our Lady of the Elms in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford.
